Go to "My Account". You'll see a menu on the left.
At the bottom, click on "COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTIONS".
Click on "Enroll".

Or enroll by phone. Talk to a human at 800-576-4377 from 7 am to 9 pm PST
If you don't have a Ralphs Rewards Card yet:
Talk to a manager at the Customer Service desk and request a Ralphs Rewards card.
Follow the instructions above.
REMEMBER...
When you check out, swipe your Rewards Card or enter the phone number associated with your Ralphs account. That way store will automatically
